Michael has extensive experience defending lawsuits filed against creditors and protecting the rights and claims of creditors in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
Michael is a frequent speaker and author on various topics related to bankruptcy including the rights of secured / unsecured creditors and legal standards for excepting debts from discharge in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
